The Unmask project and its resources
Understand what the service offers, who publishes it and what the public pages let you do.
The service
Unmask — Be Yourself brings together personal tools for energy tracking, journalling, routines and preparing conversations with a professional, as well as communication features. Information saved in the app requires an account. The public guides can be read and used independently of that account.
The publisher
The service is published by RS SOLUTIONS LAB, a French limited liability company (SARL) located at Campagne la Tuilière, 83470 Ollières, France. SIREN: 820 694 131. Contact details are on the Contact and support page (French) and information about the service is in the terms of use (French).
The approach behind the public resources
The guides start from practical uses: making a request, keeping a note or trying a small routine. The examples are fictional; they are not presented as testimonials or study results. The resources offer editable templates without promising a therapeutic effect.
The public worksheet is a standalone exercise. It does not reproduce every screen in the app or connect to your account. It lets you try a way of expressing a need before deciding whether a personal tool suits you.
Limitations
These resources cannot determine whether someone is autistic, has ADHD or is concerned by another diagnosis. An energy level and a journal entry are not clinical measurements. The texts do not claim medical validation. For questions about your care, speak to the professional supporting you.
Request a correction
You can contact support with the page address, the relevant passage and what you find incorrect or difficult to understand. Avoid attaching health data or a personal journal to explain a presentation problem. Each guide shows its publication date to help place the content in time.
