Unmask

Unmask – Be Yourself

Understand yourself. Respect the way you work. Be more yourself.

Constantly adapting, hiding difficulties or controlling your reactions can take a lot of energy. Unmask is a space to get to know yourself and respect your needs.

Move at your own pace and, when you want to and feel safe, let go of part of the mask.

A space where you do not have to keep explaining yourself

Unmask is also a space to meet and connect with others, built around neurodiversity. Your profile can describe how you communicate, your response pace, social energy, needs and interests.

Because relationships become easier when everyone can explain how they work.

Eligible members can connect through the community. If you are undergoing assessment and have not declared a diagnosis, personal tools remain available; community access requires a diagnosis declared in your profile.

Better understanding goes both ways.

Loved ones and neurotypical people also have a place in Unmask to learn about and better understand neurodivergent people.

A need for silence, a delayed reply, sensory overload or social fatigue can be hard to explain. Unmask offers guidance to understand these needs and communicate without adding pressure.

Living well together should not always mean asking the neurodivergent person to do all the adapting. Understanding can go both ways.

Autism (ASD), ADHD, giftedness (HPI)… or simply exploring

You do not have to fit neatly into a category to start understanding how you work. Unmask brings together tools around neurodiversity so you can move at your own pace and have more room to be yourself.

Unmask is a tool for everyday support. It does not provide a diagnosis or replace professional care.
